CONCEPT AND SYSTEM DESIGN

Your ideas become

We agree the functions, design the automation system and select the connected devices. We also discuss requirements for future expansion.

Goal: an agreed system structure and itemised technical scope. The quotation defines the design documents to be delivered.

SPECIALIST COORDINATION

We clarify the interfaces
during design.

We participate in design coordination relating to automation, working with electrical and mechanical engineers, architects, contractors and suppliers.

  • Agree sensors, cabling, power supplies and control points.
  • Clarify interfaces with mechanical and manufacturer equipment.
  • Review the technical impact of changes together.
Goal: coordinated requirements and clear responsibilities across the trades.

INSTALLATION AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION

The design becomes
a connected system.

We carry out the agreed electrical and automation work with the necessary specialist partners. We can also deliver specific automation tasks alongside your existing contractors.

  • Complete agreed installation and equipment fitting tasks.
  • Connect controllers, sensors and equipment.
  • Check wiring and communication links.
Goal: a system ready for commissioning, within the agreed installation scope.

PROGRAMMING AND COMMISSIONING

We configure the operation.
We check the functions.

We develop the control logic, user interfaces and automation, adapting operation to your home routines and everyday needs.

  • Loxone programming and coordination of home systems.
  • Configure operating modes, scenes, alarms and data connections.
  • Signal checks and testing of agreed functions.
Goal: verified operation and a documented handover state.

HANDOVER AND AFTERCARE

We help you use
and maintain the system.

We demonstrate the controls and provide the agreed documentation. We also discuss fine-tuning and maintenance options.

  • Demonstrate operation and deliver agreed backups and documents.
  • For smart home projects, one fine-tuning session within 30–60 days, as specified in the quotation.
  • One-off or ongoing technical support by separate agreement.
Goal: a system you can understand and use, with clearly defined support arrangements.

Coordination continues through design and implementation. Steps may overlap depending on the project, and individual tasks can also be commissioned.
